I'm going to make fried fish & chips. I have DRAKES BATTER. What should I add to it? - drakes batter mix
I would like to make a beer batter.
However, some recipes say I've read that adding an egg.
What do you do the egg mass?
Some say the fish-meal before diving into the crowd, others do not.
What is your method? Anyone who has successfully Fish & Chips?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have the dough from the dragon, and it is wonderful when Killian Irish Red added. However, I do not know the ratio of the mixture of beer. Dip the fish always come first, then the flour into the crowd. It helps to keep the dough around the fish, if you do not see any dough separates fish and floats on oil. Hope this helps!
Add a can or bottle of beer and a paste.
Dust fish in flour and dry.
They have asked that before.

I just use a teaspoon of flour, eggs, baking soda and beer. Place the fish in flour and dip in batter and fried. Adjust the thickness of the actual mass.
