I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and gained 20 pounds in a relatively short period of time. Ive ran 3 times a week and dance once a week and do yoga once a week. I havent lost a single kilo!

So my question is, how long after my treatment, I noticed a change? I miss my old body and I was just so depressed by the expected profit.
